Drainage to wet areas

The area immediately adjacent to the tree stand and North of the Boating Pond is regularly subject to standing water which lasts for months and is extremely unsightly for most of the year.  It is proposed to introduce an adequate land drainage scheme terminating in the Boating Pond.  Allowance will be made for re-seeding the affected area on completion of the drainage works.
