Viewing platform at Salmon Pool

This work section relates to the formation of a viewing platform sited at the end of the Salmon Pool weir and linked to the new path described in Section 16.  It is suggested that the circular platform takes the form of a low stone wall which will have flagstone copings and can act as a continuous bench.  A flagstone floor to the platform will be provided and it is intended that the use of these natural and local materials will compliment the beautiful scenery which is typical of this area of the river valley.
