Upgrade West bank footpath

This section of existing West bank path has a tarmacadam surface which has badly deteriorated in places.  It is proposed to effect repairs to the tarmacadam surface including making good all the defective edgings.  Additional drainage measures will be required where flooding arising from the neighbouring slopes occurs.
